Biodynamic Compost Workshop
May 29 @ 09:00 - 15:30
Helen Van Zyl, Programme Coordinator for the Training Programme of the Biodynamic Association of Southern Africa (BDAASA) will present a workshop on biodynamic composting.
“The organic and biodynamic approach to compost is constantly upgrading. Research shows that compost users need to ensure that the aerobic micro organisms get sufficient oxygen, resulting in top quality organic or biodynamic compost. Once applied directly to the soil it not only enlivens the soil but can also be used as teas that can be sprayed every two weeks on the vines, fruit trees, pastures etc. to enhance plant health and fertility.”
