The Complete Create workshop series has been created to help you get back into the natural flow and rhythm of life. It is a coaching cycle program spanning the entire year to guide, direct and hold focus on your vision.

In doing so, it gets you into the habit of completing and creating to get you back into a powerful natural flow and achieve your dreams and goals.

Many of us can relate to creating New Year’s resolutions and after a few weeks or months, losing all contact with what it is we set for ourselves for the year. For this reason, these workshops provide a check-in session every quarter to ensure you stay on track.

• In the first quarter, you will explore the challenges and obstacles that life throws your way and how you can shift the way you see things into a more empowering experience.
• In the second quarter, we will go into an inquiry to support you in recognising themes and patterns in your life that may not be serving you.
• In the third quarter, we deal with burnout and a powerful inquiry to recharge your batteries such that you get through the finish line on track.
• And, in the last quarter we go back to the beginning to close off the year and set milestones and vision for the next year.

5 full-day workshops will span the entire year - one workshop each quarter - to guide, direct and hold focus on your vision. In so doing, you get into the habit of completing and creating, completing and creating, inhaling and exhaling to get you back into the natural flow, rhythm and harmony of life. Create 2015 as your best year ever!

Living in harmony with natural flow

Complete Create is symbolic of living in perfect harmony with the natural flow and rhythm of life. When you think and feel into nature, there is constant evolution and growth, renewed energy and vitality. Nature is constantly creating; it knows where it is going and what its purpose is and it simply, effortlessly expands into its natural evolution.

The way we as a human race live is mostly not at all in alignment with the natural flow and rhythm of life. If we look at the radical shift in the amount of information we receive on a daily basis, many of us can relate to feeling like a hamster on a wheel spinning out of control, not having time to ever truly reflect, is this still where I want to be going?

Furthermore, we have goals, commitments, dreams, intentions that we set for ourselves and never get to. The way we live creates consistent little in-completions that if we don’t clean up, end up using all of our energy and vitality which in turn takes away from the energy we could be channeling into our creations.

Next weekend space to contemplate and get inspired

Instead of being this beautiful flowing vehicle for expansion and growth, the feeling we experience inside is one of an old lorry plodding along with flat tyres and the hand brake on. On our face we do not show this so we live resorting to all sorts of chemicals to give us the strength to continue to get by.

The first workshop will take place on Saturday, 31 January, providing you with the space to contemplate everything you did and did not achieve in 2014. • R900 per workshop (Special for 6th December – buy one and bring a friend for free)
