July 23, 2019 Leave a Comment

We’re so lucky to have a whole plethora of natural cosmetics to choose from nowadays, so gone are the days when you simply had to take what you can get. I have only ever used natural products, as my skin has a built-in chemical detector and breaks out in red itchy bumps from any regular cosmetics. Hence I frequented health shops since my teen years. We may also have good … [Read more...]

beauty-secrets-from-the-victorian-era

Looking back at the Victorian era it's striking how beautifully smooth these ladies and gentlemen's skin were. Notice the glowing hair? eco-cosmetics-save-the-earth-and-your-health

The use of cosmetics has become a daily routine, so much so that often we apply beauty products without reading the labels. Even if we did have a peek at the ingredients in our products, most of us wouldn't know what they were. The list of ingredients is often a reminder of how complicated those chemistry lessons were. Even if we can pronounce the chemicals correctly, how many … [Read more...]

Who would like to knowingly expose their lymph glands to a concoction of chemicals contained in 'regular,' often toxic, cosmetics and body products? Much of what goes onto the skin is absorbed and therefore consumed by the … [Read more...]
