Thank you for traveling with us again during the intense year that was 2018. Personally, socially, environmentally, globally humanity is put to the test – necessitating urgent change. This is our chance to discover the gift in the crisis, which enables the movement beyond our perceived limitations. Perhaps this is what evolution and mastery is all about?
So with the world in crisis and our family reflecting the same in-house with my son’s illness, life illustrated my understanding that ‘I am my environment.’ After all, we are all one, and this is not a mere spiritual idea. It is science. We are members of this planet who get to experience a short ride on and in her thin habitable skin and atmosphere. As thin as the peel of an apple. Tiny organisms completely dependent on her for life. If our narrow band is polluted with industrial chemicals, we fall ill. If our atmosphere is altered species die out… including humans. So vulnerable are we now that a lucrative disease industry has emerged. Which is ironically called the health industry.
Can it be that humanity brought itself to this point in order to transcend to the next level of human intelligence? If you look at this from a limited, left brained, literal, materialist point of view you’d want to crucify me. “I did NOT create the fossil fuel industry,” you might say – and blame “the powers that be.” Just like I did NOT cause my son’s kidney failure. Sure, but now we are looking at the world through the lens that created the problems in the first place. Which is how we keep missing the answers we are looking for.
Yet that is only a fraction of our intelligence. We could also include the right brained, holistic, systems aware, social and global responsibility and inspiration which leads us to unlimited potential. Is this not our only chance? One can also speak about the head and the heart. Of course talking about left and right brain is simplistic, but if you get stuck on that you are missing the point.
Conceptually it is a call to integrate towards a more inclusive, expansive and therefore mobilizing consciousness. Indeed we are also our consciousness. And we have a choice how we decide to look at things.
As there is a global energy crisis, humans are falling into depressions – a huge energy crisis indeed – at alarming rates. And at younger and younger ages. Indeed chemical contamination plays an important role. Heavy metals in the system consumed through our water, drinks, food and atmosphere. We know that every human cell is now contaminated. It is impossible to escape. I believe there are no less than 140,000 chemicals in our environment now. Think of all the inflammatory diseases and even mental imbalances are now seen as brain inflammations.
So it’s crucial to manage not only our physical consumption but also our personal energetic system if we want to have the strength and focus to craft a new and sustainable way on this planet. We know that the perception of an experimenter influences, indeed determines to a large degree, the outcomes of an experiment.
In the field of quantum science we know the power of the subconscious mind in manifesting reality. Take a look at the work of Dr Bruce Lipton. In my coaching I see daily how changing the mind changes reality – if you ready. So what I’m trying to say is it is rather crucial HOW we look at the world now. Surely we do NOT want to keep creating what we’ve been creating? Surely we want our children to be well and have a healthy planet to live on? Then there is no time to waste by accepting the status quo and falling into desperation?
I so loathe clichés. So I want to avoid saying BE the change. But living as if life matters beyond my own our personal needs is for me simply the only inspiring way to be. Inspiration = energy after all. Inside we are able to find the resources which the eye cannot see. After all our visual field is extremely limited and we are much more than that.
I end the year in the bliss of gratitude for a second chance at life – for myself and my precious son Lucas. And for each of us. Every day is a free gift to unwrap. And what we do with it is what we’re here for. And it matters.
Enjoy chilling out during the much needed holidays and treasure that which really matters – family, friends, nature and the enrichment of your soul.
